Community Action Team, Inc. (C.A.T.) is a locally controlled, private, not-for-profit corporation, serving Columbia, Clatsop & Tillamook Counties. Community Action Team’s main focus is to mobilize resources and address the needs of the economically disadvantaged. C.A.T. currently serves over 15,000 persons annually. The goal of Community Action Team is to reduce the extent and negative effects of poverty by increasing family self-reliance.
