Collaboration with shelter providers,
homeless advocates, community
service providers, and the legal

Preparation securing or maintaining rental housing.
Provides case management, budget counseling,
referral for tenant/landlord issues and rights and
responsibilities in maintaining safe and secure
housing.
Varies according to need and availability of funding. Participants must meet income guidelines. Other conditions may apply such as proof of need, matching funds, mandatory case management.
The Northwest Oregon Regional
Housing Center provides affordable housing opportunities for families
of modest means living in Clatsop, Columiba and Tillamook Counties, Oregon.
The regional housing center works to identify and stimulate innovative
programs and services designed to make affordable housing opportunities
more available for first time homebuyers, current homeowners, renters
and the homeless.
